One of the biggest challenges for a Citrix customer is to reduce Service Desk calls and user downtime. I had a vision to empower users to clear and/or recover their own sessions by creating a tool that enables even those that struggle with technology to get themselves back up and running in the shortest possible time. In this session I will showcase the solution I built for the Citrix community, a web service written in C# and a client interface to present information in a readable and friendly format to the users
